Understanding Alternative Measures of Labor Underutilization

This report will focus on a brief comparison of the alternative measurements of labor underutilization. All measures are taken from the Current Population Survey (CPS). However, unlike the traditional unemployment rate reported, alternative measures are recorded and reported on a four quarter moving average.
